Cancellation policies:

  • Your reservation has free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity.
  • If you do not cancel before 24 hours or do not show up on the day of the activity, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
  • In the event that the weather conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out, you will be notified a day before to reschedule the activity for another day or a 100% refund will be made.
