Meet the team

When you join one of our tours, you’re not just a guest—you’re part of a family. With Baja Ocean Extreme and the dedicated team, you’ll explore pristine waters, encounter extraordinary marine wildlife, and create memories that last a lifetime. Whether it’s snorkeling over vibrant coral reefs, watching playful dolphins glide alongside the boat, or marveling at the majesty of whales, the team at Baja Ocean Extreme ensures every moment is filled with wonder and respect for nature.

At the heart of Baja Ocean Extreme is Odrik Sandoval Oliver, a passionate ocean enthusiast and experienced photographer dedicated to sharing the magic of the sea with others. With 11 years of experience in the tourism industry, Odrik Sandoval founded Baja Ocean Extreme to create unforgettable ocean experiences.

Born in the vibrant heart of Mexico City, he set off on a journey that led him to Australia’s breathtaking shores, where his passion for the ocean truly came alive. After moving to Australia, he spent 9  years immersed in photography, capturing the beauty of the world and falling deeply in love with the ocean. Returning to Mexico, he turned that love into purpose, founding a Tour company to share the magic of the sea with others.

Returning to his roots, he brought back the inspiration to create Baja Ocean Extreme, blending his love for the sea, his diverse skills, global experiences, and passion for adventure.

Today, as the founder of an ocean safari company, he spends his days sharing unforgettable adventures, fostering connections with nature, and promoting the conservation of our blue planet.

Every journey I guide is a tribute to the beauty of nature and the vibrant culture of my homeland.”  Odrik Sandoval Oliver
